JUBILO COCKTAILS

Cocktails designed by great experts, with Colombian ingredients based on Aguardiente Jubilo

JUBILO LEMON

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz of Aguardiente Jubilo Tradicional
  • 1 oz of Vodka
  • 2 tablespoons lemon syrup
  • Salt
  • 1 oz of lemon juice
  • Ice

 

Method:

In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, add 2 oz of Jubilo aguardiente, 1 oz of vodka, 1 oz of lemon and two tablespoons of lemon syrup.

Shake well and serve in a salt rimmed glass. Finally, serve with a skewer of cape gooseberries.

BLACKBERRY CITRIC

Method:

In a tall glass add the blackberries, syrup and mix.

Add ice, Aguardiente Jubilo, lemon juice, and orange juice. Garnish with a skewer of blackberries and mint.

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz of Aguardiente Jubilo
  • 1 1/2 oz of orange juice
  • 8 blackberries
  • 1 oz of lemon juice
  • 1 oz simple syrup

JUBILO ORANGE

Ingredients:

  • 3 oz of Aguardiente Jubilo Tradicional
  • 1 oz of orange juice
  • Blackberry and strawberry syrup (large pieces of fruit)
  • Ice
  • Soda

 

Method:

In a pan with a little water caramelize the blackberries and strawberries with sugar for about 3 minutes.

Serve the mixture as a base in a glass and place ice on top, add the orange juice, 3 oz of Aguardiente Júbilo and a splash of soda. Garnish with a slice of orange.

LULOMBIA

 

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz of Aguardiente Jubilo Tradicional
  • 1/2 oz oz of lemon juice
  • 1/2 lulo fruit
  • One tablespoon of sugar
  • Fresh mint
  • Ice
  • Soda

 

Method:

In a mortar, mix the chopped lulo, mint and sugar.

The mixture is served in a long glass (Collins) previously frosted with sugar, plenty of ice and mint for garnish.

Pour 2 oz of Jubilo Tradicional, 1 oz of lime juice and top with soda.

JUBILO NAVIDAD

Ingredients:

  • Raspberries
  • Agraz fruit
  • 1 oz of lemon juice
  • 1 oz of Aguardiente Jubilo Tradicional
  • Ice
  • Peppermint

Method:

Mix a medium portion of raspberries and agraz, add 1 oz of lemon juice and 1 oz of Aguardiente Jubilo Tradicional, add plenty of ice and shake well. Serve in a glass and garnish with a mint leaf.

JUBILO UVA MELÓN

 

Ingredients:

  • Cantaloupe
  • Green grapes
  • Yellow lime
  • Orange
  • Peppermint
  • Honey
  • 1oz Aguardiente Jubilo
  • Soda
  • Ice

 

Method:

Cut a cantaloupe in half, remove the seeds and take out circular portions, then select the best grapes and cut the lemon in half.

Add the cantaloupe and grapes in a cocktail glass, then add the juice of an orange, sliced lemon, mint leaves and a tablespoon of honey.   Add 1 oz of Aguardiente Jubilo, plenty of ice, soda and finally mix the ingredients.

JUBILO MANDARINA DURAZNO

 

Ingredients:

    • Ice
    • 1 Mandarin
    • Half Peach
    • 1oz of orange juice
    • 1oz of Aguardiente Jubilo
    • Soda
    • Thyme

 

Method:

Add ice in a glass, add a few sprigs of thyme, some mandarin segments and some peach slices, apply 1 oz of orange juice and 1 oz of Aguardiente Jubilo.

Finally add soda.
