LULOMBIA

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz of Aguardiente Jubilo Tradicional
  • Juice of  1/2  lemon
  • 1/2 lulo
  • A tablespoon of sugar
  • Fresh mint
  • Ice
  • Soda

 

Directions

In a mortar, mix chopped lulo, mint and sugar.  The mixture is served in a long glass (Collins) previously frosted with sugar, abundant ice and mint to decorate. It is served 2 oz of Jubilo Tradicional, 1 oz of lemon juice and is completed with a push of soda.
